Re:           Restrictions on Late-Term Abortions – SB 65 & HB 213

The above-named organizations support passage of legislation to restrict late-term abortions. We support both SB 65 and HB 213. The differences between the two bills are not that significant and, therefore, we would encourage you to move forward with whichever one is in the best position for legislative approval.
